Refund policy

At Parker Brothers, your satisfaction is our priority. If a product does not meet your expectations, you may return it according to the conditions below.

1. 14-Day Return Period
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

* The item must be unused
* It must be returned in its original packaging
* The product must be in perfect condition
* The return request must be made within the 14-day period

Any product that is damaged, incomplete, or used may not be eligible for a refund.

3. Return Procedure
To return a product:

1. Contact our customer service at pacificwhitee@fastmail.com
2. Provide your order number
3. We will provide you with the return address
4. Send the package back using a tracked shipping service

⚠️ Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or we made an error with your order.

4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

* Your refund will be processed within 10 business days
* The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase
* Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

5. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive:

* A damaged product
* The wrong item
* A defective product

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the issue.
We will offer one of the following solutions:

* A free replacement
* A full refund

6. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned if they have been opened or used, especially products that come into direct contact with food.

7. Incorrect Address or Unclaimed Packages
If a package is returned due to:

* An incorrect shipping address
* An unclaimed package

The reshipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer.
